The included water bowl helps keep the temperature constant for perfect smoking or can be used to steam vegetables. A thermostat on the lid shows you the temperature, which can be easily regulated through the side doors and the lid. The charcoal grate elevates the charcoal so that air can circulate more efficiently. The feet in triangular structure add to the stability. After use, the BBQ grill can be disassembled into parts for easy transport and storage. Please note: Be sure to use the charcoal grill on a flat, stable surface.
