Does shiretail charge for delivery?
Shipping and handling charges are included in the online item cost for deliveries to locations in the mainland United Kingdom.
Why have I not received my delivery?
There could be a number of reasons for a late delivery, for example adverse weather conditions or bank holidays. Please check for any notices we may have sent detailing the reason for the delay in delivery.
How can I check the status of my order?

What happens if my item is damaged?
Please inspect the order before signing for it or as soon as possible afterwards. If goods are damaged at the time you receive them please either refuse delivery, refuse to accept the goods in question, or return them to us. In any event, our satisfaction guarantee and returns policy applies to damaged goods.

When will I be charged for my order?
For most products sent directly from our depot, the value of your order will be ring-fenced against your credit/debit card when your order is placed. If the product is being delivered direct to you from a supplier, for instance in the case of larger products such as electrical appliances, installed items and furniture, you may be charged at any point between confirmation of your order and despatch.
Please note that if you choose to pay by PayPal, your payment will be taken immediately on selected items.
International Shipping:
Currently, shiretail.co.uk offers shipping in the United Kingdom only.
Shipping Address Book:
If the merchandise will be sent to an address other than the billing address, enter the address information under the shipping information area of “My Account.” This information will be updated automatically and stored in your personal address book for future purchases.
